Hey there, it’s the end of September. . . have you or your adviser opened your kit? If you haven’t already done so, you might want to take a look at a couple of things:

1. The GoDesign Layout Booklet: Herff Jones has reorganized Go!Design graphics and templates. Plus, we’ve updated the templates to include smaller internal white space and a more modern look. If you are tired of staring at a blank screen, load a couple of Go!Design templates to get you started.?

?2.?The Font Booklet:?Check out all of the fonts available to you in eDesign. Remember, eDesign and InDesign don’t work like MicroSoft Word. You cannot just click ?B?to make a font bold. If you want your font to be bold, you must choose one that has a bold version in its family.?

?3.?The Colors Poster:?We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again . . . about 1023 more times. The colors on the screen are in RGB color space, while ink on paper is CMYK color space. PLUS, the screen has a light source behind it, and that light source makes everything brighter. If you want to know what ink will look like on paper, check out the Colors Poster. We don’t want anyone to be disappointed with ink hits opaque paper.?
